"Born in Agrigento, I earned two degrees and began teaching in Turin. The day came when I decided to visit the school I always wanted to attend: IFSE CULINARY INSTITUTE in Piobesi Torinese.
During the course I had the opportunity to participate in several competitions and contests. I won the award named after "Marco Colognesi" for the best innovative dessert with my "Kolymbethra" a dessert in which I recount the experience in the most beautiful garden in the world in the heart of the Valley of the Temples.

Attention to taste and aesthetic detail in my creations has always been a priority of mine. I did my curricular internship at the place where I dreamed of working "Pasticceria Dalmasso." Soon after, I was strongly wanted in the research and development department of "Fabrizio Racca Desserts."
Finally at Villa Athena Resort I feel I have found the place where I can express my ideas and my vision of pastry. I have an artistic and scientific approach to pastry. I conceive each dessert as a small work of art. Nature is my muse. Sicily remains my primary source of inspiration. We have everything in our beautiful land."
